The Calcasieu Clerk of Court currently offers customers e-Filing through:

E-Filing makes it easy to submit all of your  documents online.  If you have a PC and internet access, you have what you need to start e-filing.

Civil customers are encouraged to use CIVIL COVER SHEET when e-filing.

The Clerk of Court is pleased to offer customers TWO vendor options:

 

  • Simplifile

  • CSC

 

E-recording makes it easy to record all of your deeds, mortgages, and other documents online. You don’t have to use the mail, leave the office, or stand in line in person – saving you time and money. If you have a PC and internet access, you have what you need to start e-recording.
